12.2 Girls Grand Final Appearance

 The 12.2 Girls had a weekend of good results which culminated in a Grand Final appearance. Coach and Big V superstar Claire Landby was happy with the improvement the girls showed over the weekend:

The Waverley U12-2 girls had a fantastic tournament, improving with each and every game.  The tournament started off slowly with a nail biting win over Camberwell 2 and then a loss to Hawthorn 3, but the girls were able to bounce back and fight their way to the grand final.

Unfortunately, the Falcons girls were unable to defeat Broadmeadows2 in the final but go into the next phase of grading feeling confident and prepared.
