14.3 Girls Battle their way to Finals

 The Under 14.3 Girls Coached by Falcons legend Trevor De Jong had a great weekend, with some good wins and a spot in finals. Nicky Keys sent us this account of the tournament:

The U14.3 girls had a great tournament and from the smiley faces in the photo clearly had a wonderful time. Two of our team were injured for the duration of the tournament but came never-the-less to support and encourage the rest of the girls who did an amazing job against (as always) much taller opposition. We made it to the semi-final but alas could not quite get over the line to the Grand Final. There were many positives to be taken home from the tournament and all the girls acquitted themselves very well with determination and fantastic team work. Coach Trevor could not have been happier with his team.
