Cancelled games to be replayed Sunday

The VJBL games cancelled on Friday, December 1st are set to be played this Sunday for most teams.

This will see Junior Falcons teams tackle the challenge of two grading games in three days to finish the first grading phase. Crossover games will the follow on December 15th.

It's an unusual situation, especially on this scale. Back in 2011 some of us had to double up on grading games in a weekend due to a wild Friday Night storm. The infamous 2009 heatwave saw games cancelled on February 6, the day before Black Saturday.

While this will no doubt see some disruption for teams in their preperation, it's also a really good opportunity to grab a suprise win where it may not have been expected on account of the short preperation and decreased recovery time. I guess the message it to try and make the best of it, good teams know how to adjust to any situation.

Once confirmed, games will be listed on the VJBL website (www.vjbl.com.au) for both days.
