I've had a lot of parents calling and emailing me this week asking what the format and costs are for tomorrow night so I hope this will help.

Usually we attract about 400 or so members, who turn up anytime from 6.00pm. This is a free event but we request you kindly support the event costs by bringing along some change to purchase a few beverages and snacks. We have popcorn, fairy floss and soft drink stands for the kids, as well as a licensed bar for the adults. Free finger food, snacks and platters will be available in the club room and foyer. Courts 5 and 6 will be available for kids wanting to shoot around and possibly a shootout or two can be organised before or after the show to win some prizes.

We also have a few door prizes to give away, and a raffle where you could win:

Second Prize: Falcon Hoodie - VJBL Basketball - 1 Hour Coaching Session with Elias.
Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth runners up prizes - Spalding Basketballs
Tickets are only $2 and available on the night.

The first hour is simply a social event where teams come together to celebrate the season that was. At 7.00pm the show begins and everybody finds a seat in the grand stand or along the baseline of court 1. Due to limited seats, kids are encouraged to sit on court 1 floor.

We will do our best to present all award winners and highlight packages into approximately 100 minutes, and request that everybody sticks around to the end of presentations. From 8.40pm - 10.00pm the DJ will be mixing tracks and the social that began at 6pm will continue after the show.
