This Friday is the VJBL 'Girls Got Game' Round celebrating the involvement of girls in Basketball at the representative level.

All Falcons girls teams will be looking fabulous in special purple shoelaces and there will no doubt be plenty of colour on display as our girls get behind the initiative this week.

The Girls Got Game program was launched this year to recognise and encourage the partcipation of girls in all facets of the VJBL and Representative Basketball. It is part of a wider program in Basketball with the following aims:

To increase the profile of women and girls participation in Basketball in Victoria. 

Reduce the attrition rate across the continuum of women and girls in Basketball in Victoria.

To provide Associations with opportunities to promote women and girls in Basketball in Victoria.
