The Falcons Victorian Youth Championship Men have finished in first place in their conference, to gain home court advantage in the finals which begin this weekend.

The Falcons will host the Sherbrooke Suns in an elimination final, Saturday July 27, at 8:00pm at Waverley. Some of the best young stars in the league have been having great seasons for the Falcons, such as Deng Adel, Kuany Kuany and Matt McCarthy. The Falcons are coached by Eric Minerve, who is no stranger to Big V finals action, having won back to back Championships with the Senior Men in 2010-2011.

On Sunday the Falcons Championship Men and Women will play a double header, in the last round before finals for these teams. With both Falcons quads poised for some finals action, this should be a quality double. Women at 12:30pm against Hume, and Men at 2:30pm against Melbourne.
