The Waverley Falcons Big V Championship Men's side have pulled off another quality signing, with quality big man Karl Beston jumping on board for the 2013 campaign.

Falcons Sign Beston- Completes 2013 Roster
Waverley are very excited to announce the final signing to their team for the 2013 Big V Championship Men season.
Waverley Falcons General Manager Mike Bullock announced that 2012 All Star 5 Centre Karl Beston has signed for the Falcons.
“This completes our search for a quality player and person who plays the game hard at both ends of the court”, said Bullock.
“We are looking forward to the season and I think it is going to be tougher than ever with Corio Bay and Ringwood having star players and other teams all recruiting good imports”.
Beston was formerly with the Eltham Wildcats where he averaged 11 points and 5 rebounds per contest.
The Falcon’s season tips off Sunday the 17th of March against Corio Bay.
