The Under 12 Girls got a taste of Basketball at the highest level at the Australia Day Tournament, Coach Claire Landby shared some thoughts on the weekend:

The u12-1 girls had a tough tournament encountering Bulleen, Bulleen 2 and Hawthorn. However, the girls managed to beat Diamond Valley 2 convincingly and were narrowly defeated by Kilsyth.

The girls have shown that they are extremely competitive at Victorian championship level and hope to qualify in the second phase of grading.
