NUNAWADING have extended their winning streak to three matches, after a close game against number nine team Waverley.
The Spectres led the match, with Liz Wannan earning herself MVP honours after shooting 22 points and making 8 rebounds for her team. Nunawading made the most of their opportunities in the field goal area and at the free throw line, although they didn’t make any of their 11 three-point shots.
However, along with their strong defence, the Spectres led until the end of the match, the number three team securing another significant win.
