WAVERLEY'S Kathleen MacLeod continues to dominate in the Championship Women's division and as a result she collects May's Player of the Month award.
With an average of 25.4 points per a game over her five May games, MacLeod can add the monthly award to her three weekly titles for the season.
In her 192.37 minutes of play, MacLeod has amassed 127 point and has displayed her unselfish style of play to average 4.8 assist per game (a total of 24).
The national league player also managed to pull in an impressive 20 boards over the months (at an average of four per game) and managed to shoot at 88.9 per cent from the free-throw line (24/27) providing a dependable set of hands for the Falcons.
OTHER CONTENDERS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY
* Bulleen's Lisa Pardon, in only her first month with the club, has pulled in an average of 21.5 points per game with a rebound average of 4.5. She has become the shining light in the Boomer's upsetting season and hopefully her presence will bring about a much needed win in the next few rounds.
*Melbourne's Michelle Brogan proves time and time again she is a trusted hand in the Tigers' outfit. Brogan showed her class to post and average of 21.6 points over her five games during May and post an average of 13.6 boards.
