Ballarat 82 dft Waverley 59
NUMBER two team Ballarat proved too strong for the Falcons this week, managing to secure their twelfth win this season.
Cass Hobbs scored the most points of the match, making a solid 21 for the Nuggets as they powered to a 23-point victory. The Falcons fought back with Leanda Higgs who made 16 points.
The amount of rebounds and shooting accuracy was quite level in the match, however, the fact that Ballarat took advantage of more opportunities at the ring, ultimately gave them the win that keeps them in a healthy second place on the ladder.
Game MVP: Adrianna Cann (Ballarat Nuggets)
