Games will commence as scheduled and be played with the ‘Heat Rules’ policy for this Saturday’s Junior Domestic Competition

Last weekend’s cancelled round was due to many reasons as well as the heat, including the return of school dates and trainings had not resumed. The heat was extreme as three days prior to Saturday 31st was 40+, not allowing the stadium to cool.
This Saturday, however, the building will be hot, but much cooler than the outside temperature. Our Air Conditioners are currently on, and will stay on full time 24 hours a day, allowing the building to cool overnights and stay approximately 8 degrees cooler than outside on hot days.
Any teams NOT wishing to participate will not be fined the usual walkover fine if they call to notify us of a walkover! This call must be into our offices by Friday 12noon at the Latest! ‘9807 9814’ Any walkovers after this time will be treated as normal.
Other stadiums will also continue competition as scheduled this weekend.
