Dear Members,

We wish to invite WBA's broad community (club delegates, presidents, coaches, team managers, volunteers) to attend an online workshop with the organization Childsafe.

In 2017, WBA adopted the appropriate ChildSafe policies with the guidance and support from Basketball Victoria.  However, this is an incredible opportunity to review and explore these further and learn more details about Child Safety Standards. You will receive support to assist build a great culture within your respective clubs.

The workshop will address club requirements and approaches to the Victorian Child Safety standards. The workshop will provide attendees with a heightened awareness of Child Safety procedures and the confidence to implement and follow these within their clubs and teams.

WBA strongly encourage attendance from all club delegates and highly recommends coaches and managers also be involved. Please register your interest below;
