We are set for an unbelieveable weekend of Big V action at the Falcon Nest with not one but two top-of-the-table clashes.

This Saturday Night will see the Falcons State Championship Men host the McKinnon Cougars in a battle for top spot. The Cougars have recently added NBL signing Deng Deng to their lineup and will come out ready to fire. This is sure to be an enthralling game and a possible finals matchup for later in the year.

The fun continues on Sunday when the State Championship Women host the Knox Raiders. The Raiders and Falcons occupy the two top positions in State Championship Women and played a nailbiter earlier in the season when the Falcons got up by just a basket. These are two extremely talented teams with heaps of WNBL experience on either side, and will be another great game.

We're at about the half-way mark of the season and things are really starting to heat up (the basketball that is, certainly not the whether). This is going to be a terrific weekend of hoops so if you haven't caught a game yet this season, there is no better time than this weekend.
