The Falcons championship men and women will be returning to the Falcons Nest with some valuable wins in the bank, as they hit top form at the right time of year.
This Sunday's Double Header against Hume City provides a chance for the men and women to both solidify their positions in the top four with just three rounds remaining before finals.
The Falcons Women last week came from the clouds to bolt past Bulleen at the finish line despite facing a huge fourth quarter defecit. The Men won in equally close circumstances away against McKinnon.
Hume City are traditionally very tough, and while their women have put a younger team on the floor this year, their men boast an outstanding startign lineup. Both games loom dangerously, but also present a great opportunity.
It's a great way to finish the Winter school holidays, and you'll still be home in time for the derby. So kids, get your holiday homework done nice and early, and enjoy a great afternoon at the Falcons Nest.

This weekend will also be the last chance to catch the Vic Youth Champ Women, who take on the Dandenong Rangers at the Falcon Nest on Saturday Night. This year has seen a marked improvement in the Youth Women's results, and while this is a tough ask to finish the season, hopefully they can make a good run at it in front of their home crowd.
