As the Big V season enters the final turn towards finals, things are looking bright for the Falcons State Championship teams.

The Men remain firmly in the hunt for a coverted top two spot, while the women have firmed their place in the top six over the past fortnight.

Last weekeed was another good one for the Falcons. The Women registered a by-the-numbers win against Melbourne, while the Men took care of business against Werribee.

The men head to Bentleigh this week to face McKinnon, another team right in the mix for finals. The Women play at home against the Warrandyte Venom, who although the Falcons got the better of a couple of weeks ago, possess some WNBL talent which challenges any team.

Meanwhile the Falcons Youth teams are also chasing some late season wins. Both are at home this week. On Saturday Night the Youth Men host the Hawthorn Magic, while the Youth Women open Sunday's Double Header against the Ballarat Rush.
