The Saturday and Sunday Semi-Final schedule is now available.

Tuesday Grand Finals will be uavailable shortly.

Finals format

Most sections follow the four team finals format with first playing fourth, and second playing third. Winners proceed to Grand Finals.

In combined sections (Section 1/Section2) teams will qualify for finals in either section based on their ladder position. This is listed in the finals schedule. Some teams in these sections proceed straight to the Grand Final.

In Saturday sections where there are more than 10 teams, there will be two sets of finals. Teams that finish 5-8 will play in the 'reserve' finals in these sections.

Finals qualifications

The deadline for finals qualification queries and requests has now passed. Requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances from this point on, and must be lodged through your official Club Delegate.

Finals qualifications can be viewed here: http://www.waverleybasketball.com/qualification_juniors.aspx

Timing Rules and scorers

Semi Finals will operate with normal timing rules. Teams will have to supply a competent scorer for Semi Finals.

Grand Finals will be played with extended timing rules. WBA will appoint neutral scorers for Grand Finals.

Positive behaviour at finals games

Finals games are the highlight of our Junior Domestic season. With the added excitment and atmoshpere of these games, it is important that positive behaviour is displayed by players, coaches and parents at all times. WBA officials will be present at the stadium during finals to ensure that good sportsmanship is being exhibited at all times.
